What brings you joy in your role?
The people I work with. I love that CRM touches such a wide range of the user journey, which means that I get to collaborate with so many different teams at our company.
How do you stay inspired or motivated in your work?
I truly believe in the mission of TodayTix Group, which makes my work that much more meaningful. As a theatre kid who has experienced first-hand how lifechanging theatre and live entertainment can be, I want everyone to have the opportunity to experience this.

As a consumer, what brings you joy from a brand’s outreach/communication?
Personalized touches and creative use of customer data make brand communication exciting and delightful. I know that companies have a lot of information about me, from user behavior and preferences to demographic data. When brands actually use that information in a way that is useful, entertaining, or thoughtful it brings me joy.
What’s one thing that can instantly make your day better?
Chocolate chip cookies.
